Proposal of Strategic Development of the Company Operating in the Field of Racking Technology Installation

The subject of this diploma thesis is the strategic development of JančaSolutions s.r.o., which is active in the field of rack technology assembling, focusing mainly on the western markets. The data needed to evaluate the current state of the company and to select an appropriate development strategy were obtained using the various analytical methods described in the theoretical part of the thesis. In the analytical part of the thesis the individual methods were applied and their results were further analyzed within the framework of the SWOT matrix, which was the basis of selection of the company's specific development strategy. In the design part, an alternative for further development of the company is selected in detail with regard to the necessary resources, including other implementation activities and the benefits of the proposals.

Proposal of Marketing Strategy for Foreign Markets

The diploma thesis deals with the proposal of marketing strategy for foreign markets. As a particular company the author have chosen company Hakr Trade, Ltd., which was renamed to KRETZ, Ltd. on the beginning of 2014. The thesis analyses problems of marketing and marketing planning. The goal is, besides processing literature review on the issue, apply theoretical knowledge in the field of marketing on marketing processes in the foreign trade at company KRETZ, evaluate the current state of marketing activities with regard to the principles of B2B and propose relevant recommendations to communicate the change of company name, increase awareness of customers about products and increase abroad sales. An essential part of the recommendation is costing of the proposed changes.

Proposal for Activities of Strategic Development of Brand of Small Company in the Stage of Internationalization

The thesis deals with the design of a brand development framework for a small Czech technology company that wants to expand into foreign markets. The company's current brand, Stroje Polák, is well established on the Czech market, but its name is not clear in international communication and may be perceived as a reference to Poland. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part defining key concepts related to brand management, an analytical part identifying the characteristics of the current brand and a design part combining existing knowledge and presenting a proposal for brand development for expansion into foreign markets.

Export activities analysis of UNIPAR company

The bachelor thesis is focused on UNIPAR company, which is one of the leading producers of interior and aromatic candles in the world. The aim of the thesis is analysis of export activities of UNIPAR company. The bachelor thesis is divided into four chapters. Opening chapter is focused on position of foreign commerce in Czech economy and foreign commerce business, particularly on entrance into foreign markets. Second chapter introduces Czech institutions, whose activity is promotion of international business. Topic of third chaptor is familization with the UNIPAR company, with history of the company, staffing, production and range of products. Last chapter occupies with analysis of export activities, which was set up on the basis of corporate data. In conslusion is introduced a proposal. The topic of this proposal is new export territory.
